IN-HOUSE CONSULTANCY
My most hands on package, this service means I’ll be working closely with you, your team or teams and your business on a 12 month rolling consultancy basis. You’ll have complete access to me, for up to 50 hours throughout the year, as well as my eyes on all aspects of your business at the very start of the process.
After this, we’ll have monthly meetings and I’ll be in regular contact with each department within the company to ensure you have everything you need to achieve success.
Completely bespoke, the in-house process is completely tailored and dependent on your exact requirements.
